i started the Insanity workout regimen yesterday. i took their 'fit test' and it turns out i'm not as fit as i thought i was lol... next time you guys see me i'll be as buff as trav lol

I dont work out as much as I used too Im starting to get back to the gym on a regular basis now though

p90x is a little different from insanity. insanity is cardio and plyometric max interval training, 110% effort for a 45 minute workout .. the first month is supposed to be easier than the 2nd month, month 2 extends the workout to an hour D:

I've tried both P90x and Insanity. Insanity works but you have to stick to it. It's nice too because instead of hour - hour and a half workouts like in P90x you are done in 45 minutes with Insanity.

You HAVE to do the diet though. IT'S IMPERATIVE to the plan otherwise you won't get any of the benefit.

PS. Everyone that picked up FF13 last night, I HATE YOU.

the Insanity meal plan says 5 meals a day D:... i don't even have the time to eat that much/often.

i wonder if dela went to work?.... 4 people called in sick today, funny cause it's the same 4 people who called in sick the day after cod:mw2 came out lol

I'll be playing ff nonstop once I get home. BTW, if you haven't picked it up yet, $13 off at BB if you bring the Toys R Us ad with you
