The Lens I use is the Canon 17-40 F/4L with a the XT body.
Actually it is really closet to your place!
Good luck on your Final I still have two more!!
I actually really like b/c it clean and simply...the lip is and spoiler is Dry carbon!

Peter, pics looks good except they're exceptionally overexposed. DO u check your histograms after yourshots?
Heres what I pulled from the exif data.
1/50 second using shutter priority.
f20 aperture
1/50seconds is pretty long exposure but I understand why u did that. You were trying to get a blur background but that will also cause overexposure. Here's the problem with trying to get a nice rolling shot at the spot u chose. The background is pretty far so getting a somewhat decent shot and having a blured background is not gonna happen the way u want it to.
I see your aperture is already at f/20 so maybe try bringing that up a bit or lower your ISO settings on your camera. It takes practice man and its a learning curve foor every car, background, lighting conditond and gear.
I noticed you're looking into doing it in a tunner. With proper lighting conditions I think they'll come up great as you'll have a much closer background.
Checkc your histograms after you shoot cause the once from those rolling shots have some major highlights.

where you on Katella April? cause i saw some fit with tint jdm tails and a girl driver? couldnt see cause of the tint and sun in my eyes =] but yeah if that was you, oh man can you sing HAHA!!!
