Anyone intrested in transparent oragne vinyl?
I maybe just shooting in the dark but here it goes...
I am looking to buy transparent orange vinyl to cover my rear tail lights.
Inspiration provided by Mx6GT89 (although he used Vans spray):
I found a shop in San Diego that will sell a 15 inch x 10 yard (30 feet) roll for 30$. However, I do not need 9+ yards of this stuff sitting around after using a little bit of it. So, does any one (preferably in San Diego) wanna split the cost of this?

Awe red is blah, but it seems to be the more popular color to change tail lights to. If you guys wanna get a roll of transparent red, here is the place I found:
Visual Systems Sign Supply
5482 Complex Street #109
San Diego, CA 92123
Phone: 800-690-090
Web: Visual Systems Sign Supply : Index
Hours: Mon-Thu: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Fri: 8:30am - 3:30pm
I bought a couple of rolls of vinyl from them. Great service, great bulk prices. Their transparent vinyl is not listed online, you would have to go in or call to order for it. They have translucent vinyl listed, but translucent is really opaque, used for lighted signs, not applicable for tail lights. So be careful not to get translucent. I recommend going in to see the actual color of the product before buying.

I saw a post about bluebatmobile's vinyl overlays and checked out his webpage. His prices are relatively high.
e.g.: Image of cvcsm1 Sidemarker Overlay $18. 6/10 tint shown. Also available in lighter 3/10 tint. Email me: bluebatmobile@san.rr.com - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
$18 for a side marker?? (I think the benefit is that it is cut to fit, but didn't we learn to cut paper in first grade?)
