it looks very aggressive. IMO, I don't care anymore about the defective hardware I've been getting lately.

My Scosche doesn't fit, the hood deflector came cut out wrong, there is nothing I can complain about, because it will cost too much shipping things back and forth too many times, and I'm sure I'm just having the worst luck with my car parts.

I was thinking of getting strut bars, but I;m sure if I ordered them, they may come too short, or too long.

Anthony,
Yours is the first black Fit on which I have seen the hood deflector- it looks GREAT! I had to drill a hole in one of my clips to get it positioned correctly, so I guess that this manufacturer may have a slight accuracy problem with the attaching hardware. But overall, it is a fantastic product IMO.

Save your money- strut bars are useless on the Fit. They add no performance at all. Anyone who says different is imagining better performance to justify what they spent. The rear sway bar is a completely different story, and that's where your handling money should go.

I put mine on the rear window right below the Spoiler and it looks great! It reflects off the under side of the spoiler and it adds a cool effect! Just make sure its out of the way of the wiper!

These hood deflectors are too effective where I live, when it rains it shoots like twice the water on the windshield making even light mist annoying.

And to the guy who said strut bars are in effective, I beg to differ I noticed an immediate change on how my car drove when I installed J's front strut and c-pillar bar. reduced body roll and more stability in fast corners for sure.

Just had this installed a few days ago and I have noticed more debris hitting/sticking to the windshield. I am assuming all this would have hit the hood without it installed, hence the name Hood Deflector

Has anyone with a hood deflector gone through an automated car wash? I'm wondering if it'll hold up to the final drying stage as most usually use a high pressure blower system to dry the car.

In this thread is an install/review from "CuTeBoi" whose signature photo is of his speedo, shot while he was driving at 100 mph. His deflector is still on the car. Your deflector will not blow off in a car wash. Honda Canada would not sell such an accessory if there were any risk of warranty work resulting from the OEM deflector (warranty work like body damage and repaint from deflectors flying off into the windshield/roof).
