mods lists on your fit and shops in the bay
so im kinda shy about taking pictures of my fit until i feel like its completely done. so im just gonna list off my mods. everyone else should list them too so we can all compare and contrast. also, if there is a shop in the bay that carries good parts and has good prices, list those too.
mods:tanabe upper strut bars(front and rear), tein basic damper kit, tanabe sustec front frame brace, urethane bushing kit, 15in rota slipline rims, upper c-pillar bar, j's racing roll center adjusters, seibon carbon fiber hood, spoon shift knob, mugen short shifter, bosch hid conversion kit. greddy engine oil, i know im forgetting some things. ill edit this later.
to be done: mugen pedals, megan header, cat back exhaust(havent decided on which one) aem cold air intake, spoon lsd w/racing clutch, jackson racing supercharger, sparco torino 2 seats and brackets, jdm center console, jdm red hazard button, pivot push button starter, jdm led tail lights, jdm inner door handles, rear disc conversion, spoon 6 piston calipers, slotted rotors, seibon rear hatch, and maybe front and rear end jdm conversion(big maybe)
bay area tuner shops i go to: Opak racing in san bruno(they practically specialize in fits and they are the main distributor for spoon parts in northern cali.
Racing lab at the base of the san mateo bridge. good stock of parts and fair prices. and really nice guys.

the push button starter is for any car made after a certain year. you can order them from aj racing. the brand is pivot. you just have to drill a hole in your dash and it takes balls to put a hole in your dash. but yea, its pretty much plug and push after you drill the hole.

also, if your parents are anything like mine were, they dont want you voiding the waranty. so check with the dealer about putting in that button. when i was your age i had a chevy S-10 that i wanted to drop a corvette ls1 engine into but i couldnt because.....well........the waranty. oh and my band. im in this electronic music band right now called the lady parts. you probably have heard of my old band. my old band was a life in vain. we played warped tour and a few other pretty big shows.

Hey Kelso, back to your mod plans. Were still looking into the push button starter. I'm thinking of doing it without drilling a hole on the dash so it's low key instead. How much is the one sold by AJ racing? Are there any others?
