Dude hit me up, I want that TC. Also for the blinks, remove, clean, reinstall both battery terminals. Ensure all grounds and the hot to the starter are tight. Gremlins show up on these new cars with bad grounds. Go from there...

I think we'll keep ONE gas car, for road trips to vegas and what not

(tesla not in the cards, they simply cost too much)

GK5 still around (for now). presently, we have the fit, an insight, a wrx, and an i3. wrx will go first, the fit MAY get replaced with something bigger and automatic (all of our cars are 5MT/6MT, minus the i3 and it drives the mrs nuts)

even if she sells, i'd still pop in to hang out and chat. I like the people here, its rare to be apart of a forum where people arent "catty".

Just saying but the Fit is a great family hauler. With the way the back doors swing wide open, it's nice for getting car seats in/out.

the Fit is def no slouch. the mrs just wants something less bouncy and noisy. IE, she wants to go back to luxury brands. and while the Fit can store alot, esp with seats folded down ..... we're more interested in trunk space + rear passengers all at the same time. we're really looking into suv's, or maybe even another wagon.

fwiw, the i3 is a damn champ (imo) when it comes to loading babies:

Congrats on the i3! Since their introduction, has BMW made running changes to the powertrain? That champagne/gold i3 in your picture looks fantastic.

thx!

there is someone on the i3 forums, looking to mod an i3 to become as fast as an i3s. at this point, its unclear if the extra "oomph" for the i3s comes in the form of more power draw or a better power train/gearing, or what. as soon as there is progress made on this topic (which I am watching closely, as Id like to go faster), I'll report back!

talk about value..... we got it for 78.43% less than the window sticker price! and, I'm gonna see if I can swing a $1000 rebate from my utility company on top!

for anyone considering an ev, the i3 is a champ at depreciation .... which is music to my ears

TY! 2018 was damn good to me! got married, got a house, got a new job, got a gk5 (and now a bmw i3), and was recently blessed with a baby. I cant complain!

the doors was a HUGE buying factor for us. I can load the baby in 20 secs from opening doors, to shutting doors.

the mrs wants a 2nd one.... cringe

It's an Asian parent trick. Even if they think you're doing well, they tell you their friend's kid is doing better and to not don't disappoint them haha It's an ancient Tiger Mom trick.

I have 2, wife is angling for another one haha
