What is happening to the inside of my door??
These strange lines have mysteriously showed up on the inside of my driver side door. See the uploaded image.
No cleaner known to man seems to be able to scrub this crap off. I'm the only one who drives the car, and I never ever ever kick open the door with my foot.
It's driving me insane. Problem after problem with this car. Where did these lines come from? How can I get rid of them?

I don't know but...I have multiple scuff marks on all my door panels that I tried removing with Mr Clean only to make it worse. I'm thinking the car to a paint shop/auto detailing where they will disassemble all door panels and have them restored (probably with paint and some other materials.
You could do that or get a replacement panel.

Looks like scuff marks from people getting in and out of the car. I get this all the time on my Fit.
What works for me is a spray of Armor All Natural Finish Detailer Protectant and wipe down with a clean soft cloth. If the scuffs are deeper, I will carefully use a wet Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and then follow up with an application of Armor All Original Protectant.

I've already tried armor all car interior cleaner and protectant. Still doesn't go away. Maybe I'll give Meguiar's a go. While the surface is still wet it looks like it disappears, but as soon as it's all dry, the scuffs return! It's absolutely crazy.

Armor All Natural Finish Detailer Protectant and Armor All Original Protectant
Just remember there is a difference between Armor All Natural Finish Detailer Protectant and Armor All Original Protectant.
The Armor All Natural Finish Detailer Protectant can be used on "display screens, consoles, steering wheels, fabric, vinyl, dashboards, running boards and more." (Minimal shine and not slippery after application)
Armor All Original Protectant "enhances your vehicle’s deep, rich look and adds beautiful shine Helps renew and revitalize vinyl, rubber and plastic." (This is the stuff that gives black plastic a deep, rich shine.) "For previously untreated surfaces and best results: Three applications are recommended. Wipe off excess."
