amp splicing for sub, EX question

So I already picked what sub and amp I want, going to be using a angled truck enclosure to save space. The question is I'm going to be using a line out converter and I'm unsure if I should tap into the rear or front speakers. Ex has the 4 speakers up front and 2 in the back. But I have read some cars eq the back speakers more for bass. I was thinking of splicing into the front speakers but the front portion has more speakers to power?

I have the ice already to lower bass on the stock speakers from hu to make them not distort at high volume and have the sub worry about the lows, but can't decide if I should splice the front or rear speakers help plox.
