Take off and 1-2nd gear clunk

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? It is not very loud, but recently I have been hearing a faint clunk from under the car when accelerating from a stop and also when shifting to second. It is not affecting drivability in any way but I don't like noises coming from a 3k mile car. Any ideas on what it could be? Tranny/engine mounts?

I also have been experiencing this pretty much from the beginning. I only hear it sometimes. Currently at 1000 miles. No idea what it is. I don't seem to hear it as much if I shift at higher RPMs (1st-2nd @ 4k, 2nd-3rd @ 3k).

It's the springs. Weight shifts do it too. Listen when you sit down.

I've noticed this in first when I begin to accelerate, and hear it very faintly in second at slower speeds. I'll have to listen for it if I were to bounce up and down in the driver seat. I thought it was clutch related as the other posters did, but I'll have to test it out a bit more.

It's first and second gear specific in my car, only happens when I start to accelerate. If I let out the clutch in first with no gas, I don't get the sound until I get on the throttle.
