Fuse Box A????????

Fuse Box A????????
Have a 2015 Honda Fit,bought in Jan. Misting function on the windshield
wipers stopped working. Check reservoir and filled it up. No dice.
Don't hear the motor running. So I want to check the fuse. Owners manual
says its in Fuse Box A. Fuse Box B is reachable but Fuse Box A is behind
the lower dash cover. Owners manual does not say how to remove this
cover. Tried to locate a honda service manual on Ebay, Helm for the 2015,
but no dice. Latest service manual I see is for the 2012. Do you have to
wait like 6 months/1 year for 2015 service manuals to appear?
Now some may be asking, why not take it into the dealer and have them
fix it? Well I'm not sure that this is a warranty item and the dealer is a 64
mile round trip. While I do take it in for standard warranty service, I
thought I would be able to simply check this fuse to see if the fix was that
simple. But...Honda engineers in their not so brilliant wisdom decided to put
a fuse panel where it is essentially unreachable by the owner. So unless
there is some secret unlocking mechanism for the lower dash panel...I
guess I'm screwed.
Thanks for reading!

Its a 15 AMP fuse under the drivers side dash. Left side, its fuse# 22. Fuse BOX A. You can look underneath the steering column for the key legend where all the fuses go. If the fuse is blown it will be easy to fix. if it blows upon inserting a new fuse then there is a short somewhere.
EDIT: Fuse Box B has a black cover on it. There is nothing you should have to check there. if you did, then I'd say bring to a dealer as those are high amperage and if they are blown there is likely a bigger problem with the car.

Yeah its in Fuse Box A...which is behind the lower dash panel. Not sure
how to remove the dash panel. Dont want to tear anything up...but I'm not
sure how its attached...with plastic body screws maybe? Thats why
I was looking for a repair/service manual to tell me how to remove the lower panel.

From what I understand...the fuse box that is visible under the dash is
Fuse Box B(according to the owners manual). The fuse panel located "behind" the lower dash panel is Fuse Box A...which is where the offending fuse is located. However, this may all be for naught, since I don't know what caused
the fuse to blow...if it did actually blow.

Despite what the owners manual seems to imply, there is no "panel" to remove to access fuse box "A". It's behind the dash, but if you stick your head under the dash and look up, you will see it in all its naked glory. Just below fuse box "A" is fuse box "B", under a snap on plastic cover.
To further confuse matters, Honda calls the two fuse boxes under the hood "fuse box A" and "fuse box B", also.

And the drawings of the locations are in the owners manual.
