OK...it was just the tire pressure light but thats just depressing.
I just traded in a 12 year old Impreza that has had some nasty Check Engine lights the last 3 months. I finally made the plunge and picked up my Fit today. dealership closes at 6pm, I finish the paperwork at 5:50. I am driving home, its a few minutes after 6 and....tire pressure light is on. Now I am sure it will turn out to be nothing that a little more air wont address but this is not a good start.

So, improper dealer prep... Sad when dealers can't get simple stuff right... Doesn't make the brand or the car bad, but sure doesn't encourage one to visit the dealer either...

The 2015 Fit doesn't use TPMS sensors. It measures rotational speed with the ABS system. The tires are typically aired up pretty high for riding on a carrier, and it's possible they forgot to air down one or more to spec (33 psi). FWIW, I run ours at 35 psi.
edit: the TPMS calibration sequence is on pages 336-337 of your Owner's Manual.

I am sure thats all it needs. Just not a good start to an awesome vehicle.

It's nothing to worry about, just a dumby light telling you one or more tires PSI is low. Though I can imagion a bit of pank when you go from a car that was giving you trouble to a new car that already is throwing a warning light.

Same here, mine came on the day after I got it. I just pressed the TPMS button and held it a few seconds to reset it. Hasn't come back on since. In the meantime I've aired up all 4 tires twice without ever touching the button again. No problems.

The tire pressure system requires several miles to calibrate itself. Do you really want a random lot boy flogging your car for 10 miles before you take delivery?
Tires are typically overinflated for shipment and then readjusted before delivery. Make sure the pressure is right, push the button, and be happy.

Filled the tires (I think one was 29psi) and hit the reset. Drive 29 miles with the light gone. So I am content.
In fact, Chicago traffic in ugly weather I averaged 43 mpg. So not only content but happy

I've been having a lot of issues with mine as well. At first I think it was poor dealer prep, but it just happened again the other day. Basically the Fit has the cheap way of doing TPM it uses the ABS to compare the RPM of the 4 wheels and if there is a certain amount of discrepancy between them it triggers the warning. What this means is that if one is a little low, or a little over inflated it trips. Well I got out and checked and all 4 were within 3lb of each other so that's pretty good in my book. So everyone get ready to reset the system overtime there is a pretty good change in temperature as the air pressure in your tires fluctuates. There is a reason they put that nice big button right there for us to use, you're going to need it often.
