@tfc looking at getting 17x7or 17x7.5 for my wheels. Do you think it would be necessary to roll or pull any fenders on that set up. I'm currently riding on Tanabe lowering springs and have a two finger gap.
Hope this helps. Yesterday, I installed a new set of wheels.
SSWs 17x7. 38 Offset. No rub. Tires 205/45
And just today, I got a some Tein H-techs, mild drop. and no rub on speed humps, bumps, potholes...
I've read conflicting reports on the rubbing issue but i'm glad this set-up works but there's not much more room, 7.5 or a 7J with lower offset might graze.
Cool. Thanks for the info. I don't mind some grazing. You have any pics of your setup. I'm more interested in the amount of sidewall. I worry that there not be much with 17s.
I also tinted the fog light in yellow, easy to DIY. You need a philips driver, scissor/blade, hairdryer/heatgun and a plastic plier/ruler to pop the fog lamp cover. There was a screw on my fog cover.
They claim it has the same light distribution as a standard halogen bulb. It has the deflector like the standard H4. Another big plus is that there is no fan to fail.
FYI I have the 4th gen from Sirius. While it is a huge improvement from the OEM halogens, the pattern cutoff is not as good without a projector retrofit, but its tolerable to me. The 7th gen would conceivably not need to have a projector it would seem? The beam angle is adjustable too for the cutoff.

I like how in the comparison pics the LED "find" people....but the halogens do no have people to "find" lol.
I do find that the logic of the led placement may provide the proper light distribution in comparison to halogen lights. May have to give these a try sometime. Maybe someone will do so before me =)
Easily the best $178.50 I've ever spent. Foxy's rear body roll is almost entirely gone. I actually feel like the seat bolsters are doing something. Sad note, makes understeer all the more obvious...Wonder how much a dif would be...
Drove to Home Depot, spent a few bucks, flopped down the rear seats, popped open the hatch and slid in a new Workx 3-cubic foot Aerocart with perfectly elegant ease! Drove away still looking dealership-fresh since August 2014. Voilą!
