I bought a fit!
I bought a 2015 Honda Fit EX on Monday night. It is now mine to drive (I had to get LoJack installed before I could drive it around where I live in CA).
It's my first car. I am so in love with it. It's deep metallic blue. The lane watch camera is so good for crazy motorists on the 80, 580, 880, and 980.
It is FUN to drive! Any advice for 1) a first time car owner 2) a first time fit owner?
THANKS! I'M SO EXCITED TO BE HERE!

Congratulations! We bought a 2015 Fit EX Tuesday night. It's Passion Berry Pearl with CVT.
Got my first car almost fifty years ago, LOL--but I still remember it as a major milestone in my life. Cars are a LOT more complicated today, so my advice is to read through the manual cover to cover. Then download the PDF version of it so you can search for things in it. Before you alter it, ask yourself if you know as much about it as the engineers who designed it the way they did.
Enjoy!

Welcome to the Fit Family! (pics, please!)
Turns out my Fit is my 29th vehicle, not counting three farm tractors and an unfinished home-built airplane. I think you chose well for a first car!
As far as first car advice, if you don't already know how, find someone to teach you how to change your own oil, rotate tires, etc. The more you get your hands dirty maintaining your own vehicle, the more you'll appreciate it and want to keep it in prime for the long haul.

Excited
Thank you everyone for the warm welcome.
Fitmo- NO ONE is touching my baby.
Stembridge- I paid the dealership $150 for the first six oil changes. That is a good call about the tires too.
