My Fit is at the Deaership

I bought a Crystal Black Pearl EX CVT on September 1, was told it was 3 weeks out. I was nervous because I needed the car to be on time. I called when they opened at 8:30 and was told it likely arrived last night. It has been confirmed, and I should be picking her up at 4:00. I cannot tell you how big of a relief this is to me. I just had to share

Picking up my Crystal Black Pearl EX-L tomorrow. This is my first time entering in sub-compact territory. Test drove a friends' twice and really enjoyed it. The mileage is amazing. I'm 6' tall and it was very comfortable front and back. The standard features are very impressive. Has anyone ordered after-market carpets, the stock ones seemed pretty thin. It may cut down on noise. Anyway, looking forward to years of enjoyment, and reading this forum.

6'-4" here, with a MSM EX CVT… got the OEM all-weather mats, as I have a small farm and tend to track mud and animal byproducts.

Pic shows my 15x6 winter wheels/snow tires fitted, my "summer" 16x7s are on the way. I also replaced the chrome garnish on the hatch with the LX black piece.

Was it difficult to replace chrome piece? Looks awesome. How much is the trim? Might look good on my Black car.

Super easy to replace, and instructions are available (the link is in multiple threads floating around, on College Park Honda's site). Two hex-head bolts, remove the wiper (cover and one nut), then pop the old one out. Swap the clips (different style on the LX panel) and pop the new panel in, put bolts and wiper back on, you're done.

I can't quickly locate the invoice, but I think I ordered from Honda Pro, and cost was maybe $50-60?
