Supply issues

I gave a deposit ($500) on Sunday and was told they should have my Fit "by the end of the week". Still nothing. Nothing more than brief "we're still looking" emails.
Should I be concerned? How long should I expect this wait to be? I'm in Massachusetts and I do see that a dealer nearby lists what I want (an LX automatic) in stock. But I'm under the impression that this doesn't necessarily mean anything.

I am now in contact with another dealer who says they have my exact car on "incoming", along with a VIN. It's due "any day now".
Does this really mean they should be receiving the car in a few days? I'm wondering if it's worth my while to talk numbers with them and try to get out of my other agreement (get my $500 deposit back).

Dealer further out of my area, who I found thru the Cars website, has told me that indeed Honda is having delivery issues (including information) with the 2015 Fits, unlike any of the other models in the Honda product line.
As a result that dealer has stopped taking deposits on 2015 Fits, if they do not physically have them on their lot already. The Honda computer system that dealers are able to look up and track the cars that they expect to have arriving, has been very inaccurate on the 2015 Fits.. It will show the status of a car as being built, or at the port in Mexico, or at the port in the USA, or in transit to the dealership from the port..... or that information may never get updated. That dealership had one Fit that showed at the port in Mexico in the Honda computer system, but arrived at the dealership the next day.
I have found my two local area dealers to be willing to tell me anything, in their efforts to sell me a car at $1000 to $3000 over MSRP. The next closest Honda dealer is about 90 miles away. The further out of area dealer was very open and honest. A real pleasure to deal with, for a 600 mile drive to get home and an advertised price below MSRP.
