Hello to Everyone

Hey fellow 2015 USDM owners.

my wife and I were lurking on the site for some time. We decided its time to say hi as we just put out deposit down of a 2015 Fit EX-6MT in White Orchid Pearl. According to the dealer (Showcase Honda, Phoenix, AZ)/ the car is in production order and we will take delivery sometime late August/ early September.

We currently drive a 04 TSX, and a 94 MR2 T/T. We needed a car to replace the MR2 as a daily driver as we are going to retire it to the garage for weekend use and slowly restore the MR2 for long term keep.

My brother and I have a 2004 EP3 back in the Bay Area. So naturally I was drawn to the Fit, and my wife enjoys the reliability of Hondas.

Now... time to start hunting down those parts to slowly build a RS replica! Surprisingly the JDM and USDM Fit really have a good base. besides the Wing and a Headlights, the car itself is pretty good to go! Now only have to wait for VIS or someone to start making the side skirts and wing.. and we are on !

Welcome and I admire your enthusiasm!

I am glad you're keeping the SW20, future classic for sure

I'm not a 2015 owner, but am watching you guys carefully lol. Look forward to your updates.

nice man, milpitas.

I miss that place. I went to school in SJSU, so Southbay is naturally second home.

yeah my wife had the car for a long time, she is the second owner, the 94's are quite rare. but we had it during college, and it has a lot of memories with us.

the modding of this Fit all be fun, just have to wait for companies to start rolling out parts.

It definitely will be lotsa fun. Since mine is an LX, will be doing add-ons more than you EX-owners. The one thing I really would like to get is the perimeter/push start button. Am waiting for a reliable product to come out and if not will get the OEM push button and start from there.

No worries on the wait as China has been selling GK's since May and affordable kits should be listed online by end-of-the-year.

I can't wait to see the body parts come around. Its amazing how a couple of fiberglass piece can change the look of cars. Hopefully the Chinese productions move fast!
