MODS/ACCESSORIES for the GK

That red one is intense! Kind of neat spoiler. Is it worth getting this? Generally love this magazine and own a bunch. I was just wondering since a lot of parts might not fit our USDM models. Anyway, thanks for sharing

Installed Megan Racing springs with Koni Orange shocks yesterday. Did all the work myself, which is probably why I'm getting a small clunking noise from the right front. Think I need to check the upper mount. Body roll and dive on braking is reduced as you'd expect, pretty happy with the result.
It would be great to do a comparison drive against a GK with Swift springs and Konis, the specs show them to be slightly softer than the Megans and about the same drop. Went with these because they were about half the price.

Sirius LED headlight bulbs, photo shows vs stock on the right. Not a perfect upper cutoff, but think it should be clean enough to avoid blinding other drivers. Need to adjust the beam down a bit to make sure.

good job! yah, modern FWD based cars have wider stance on the front it seems. you can balance that out with:
1. camber bolts on the front and give it -2 degrees.
2. run 5mm spacers with steel lugs on the rear to push them out a tad..unless you want to go ahead and replace to longer studs, run 8mm on the rears.

Cost was $50 for the pair, no loss of power and still on the stock battery. The page doesn't say anything about how many watts they draw, I'll have to go dig through the packaging.

How's the performance on the road with these?

Agreed. Grated it's hard to tell from one photo against a garage door, but the throw seems narrower as well. Bright, but the light does not seem well (properly) controlled.

It's not as clean as the stock bulb, I did mention that in the first post. It does produce a lot more light, and it's a dramatically better pattern than I've seen with HID bulbs in a halogen housing. Compared to an HID projector retrofit, or somehow swapping for a factory LED light assembly from another Honda, it's far cheaper.
Visibility while driving is dramatically improved, and with proper adjustments for aim I think it's worth keeping on the car. However, if anyone finds a bulb that produces a better/stock-like pattern and still throws as much light, I'd be happy to check it out. The only thing I have invested in these is the $50.

H4-HLV4 LED Headlight Kit
H4-RL650-H Headlight Load Resistor Kit
H8-WHP28-DRL Fog
Load resistor boxes are mounted with just thick double sided 3M sticky tape in any open space.
Have to make sure to put the headlight in the correct way, and not upside down, otherwise they will be blinding other drivers. The instructions are clear on this as there is very small screw that defines the correct way to put them in.

Recently installed Acuity Instruments Throttle Pedal Spacer. Has made heel-toe much easier, and downshifts a lot smoother. I've also created a DIY installation thread, if you guys are interested!
