Can't really fault EX owners as they have OEM fogs as standard equipment.
LX owner's, like myself, who desire fogs, may opt to take it a step further with LED DRLs. Definitely brighter than 1/2 the OEM high beam and gives it that upscale illuminated look like today's vehicles in higher categories.

Here is the relay in action. First things first though...a 25 brewery beer festival with the friends...Beer is the answer, and oddly enough it makes you forget the question! :-P

I like the look of those LED's, but I wonder about their longevity. What happens when they start dying? When the standard DRL's burn out, I can reach in there and replace a $10 bulb, available everywhere.

LEDs aren't modular like that. You would have to replace the entire array.

Rear Bumper Appliqué

Picked up my white 2015 EX MT on Friday. Installed the rear bumper appliqué myself on Saturday. The first of many mods. I took way too long to put in on but I really wanted to make sure it was centered and perfect.

I have an appointment to tint the windows in a couple weeks. I can't wait to get that done.

Right. Where will I get them, and for how much? Installation could be nasty.

I'm new to the forums, but I really like my new Fit. Here's what I've done so far:
35% tint
Auto dimming mirror w/ compass and Homelink
Stainless steel exhaust finisher
Yellow fog lights
Clear door edge guards
I also have the navi app and it works great. AC does not get cold enough, but I will be taking the car innto get checked.

How hard was it to install the new mirror? I am looking to do this one soon in my 2015 EX.

I had it done at a local shop for 150. I really pleased with the mirror. It works great and is a nice upscale touch go the car.

FWIW, I installed the non-Hybrid taillights (all-red uppers), and rebadged as a Jazz. Had a guy do a double take last week when he saw it - former GE owner, and thought Honda had decided to rename the car…

I'm also trying to find out if the base model JDL third brake light can be retrofitted to the USDM 'stubby' spoiler (what's behind the spoiler extension). Anyone with JDM connections that can find out, let me know!

Forgive the sidebar frustration of why the USM Fit EX did not come with these mods like the EX-L did. Had the EX-L been offered in a manual tranny I would have thrown down. Instead I'm modding my EX 6MT to be just as functional and cool as an EX-L, maybe even better!!

What was the drop in rear? Any photos from installation? Did you try it over some bumps and does the rear rebound much more?

Edit: just found your topic now, will be reading the info from there, thanks.

I was excited to learn the LED bulbs for the interior are the same for the license plate frame, the pack i ordered had 9 in total so I used the extras. Looks so nice!

Just bought these seat covers as part of my heated seat project off evilbay. The stock OEM seat covers are indeed glued to the pads, so not going to even try to disassemble further.

I'll take some better photos once I get them in. For the price its not going to break the bank. Keep everyone posted on the progress!

Looks good. I got the neoprene covers - not stylish, but durable, hopefully.
