GP5 Honda Fit Aftermarket headunit require canbus for steering wheel button control?
or I can directly configure in Android headunit.
Anyone experience this before?

I changed mine out for a KENWOOD aftermarket head unit with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. I wanted to retain factory steering wheel mounted controls as well as the back up/lanewatch cameras and I did it by using an iDatalink maestro RR2 with the Honda adapter.
