Maybe just contact the local Honda service dept and see what they suggest.
They have varoius testing methods to determine if they have failed.
I had mine done before I bought it from a local Toyota dealership.
I also had the failed VTC actuator addressed by them as well.
During one visit to the service dept to install my HFP suspension, they installed a new one at their cost (labor included).
I was under the assumption that they'd have to keep the car overnight to test it when the engine was cold, but they had their own way of determining that it should be replaced.
Car was in the shop one day and during that time they did it all, including a wheel alignment.

BMWguy22, curious as to if you had to pay for the alignment? I had the VTC actuator done few years back and the dealer made me pay for the alignment. I didn't fight it too much since they picked up the tab for the actuator fix which was probably close to $1500. I find it strange if they had to take suspension apart to do that job, why wouldn't the alignment have been included?
If that's the case, then I'm not sure.
