Blue Fit Chrome/Reflector Carbon Wrap

Wraped the chrome piece under the rear window and the side reflectors with Carbon Fiber Vvivid Vinyl. Yeah or Nay?

I like it. Are you planning to wrap the plastic trim on the pillars as well?

It seems the younger generation does NOT like chrome or shiny pieces any more.
The propensity seems to be to wrap or blackout many of these type of trim pieces.
I think it;s OK. Looks good.
But I'm different.
I have a Black Honda Fit and I love the chrome look trim piece under the back window, and I even like the rear reflectors.
I don't know if it's cyclical and will just slowly go back, but right now it seems keeping "bright" in terms of chrome or chrome like pieces is not in vogue.
But I fear I've become the guy in bib overalls at the tuxedo dance.

I understand what you are saying. I'm a motorcycle mechanic and it seems just about every bike is Chrome, Chrome, and more Chrome. Just wearing on me over the years. At my work the younger ones are really in to crazy bold neon colors like back in the 90's. They seem to want new stuff that looks old.

As for the A-pillars, I gave it a try and didnt like the way it looked. Something with the lines in the carbon made it weird to me. I really want some more info on the JDM grilles. I understand we have different bumpers but I would like to know exactly how one fits or looks on our USDM cars.

I just did gloss black on mine, since it blends into the tinted glass nicely.

But looks fine to me dude.

Sometimes chrome is fine, I can see it looking nice on a black or silver car... but when it's just one piece with nothing else to tie into... it's kinda weird. So black it was.
