Performance exhaust

Based on what I've read and researched we have limited options on aftermarket exhausts. All the ones I've seen are barely noticeable in sound. I guess the best bet is getting the HKS. All the others are similar to stock or not made for the use model.

Well you could go full custom cat back and also eliminate the resonator. That would probably be louder than HKS/TANABE/BISIMOTO which are all axle back. The BISIMOTO is supposed to be louder than the HKS/TANABE, from my research those two are around 92-93 decibels.

I'm happy with my HKS. Loud enough when I get on the throttle but hardly noticeable when cruising at 2000-2500 RPM.

If you've not already done so, head over to the Exhaust sub-forum and spend some time. I have the Tanabe Medallion Touring, and am very happy with it.

Yep. Went there first. I saw that blitz makes a quad tip exhaust that sounds pretty good but I couldn't tell from their site whether it fit our usdm model or how much it cost.

Which ones are you referring to that are not made for the 'use' (US?) model?

I recommend Bisomoto if free flowing and a louder sound is what you are looking for.

It's so ugly. It basically looks like a straight pipe with a little cancer sticking outbid its side.

So you are looking for a pretty aftermarket exhaust that has a noticeable sound, that is not similar to stock and is made for U.S. model, in a market with limited options?

Good luck!

The Blitz is not a real quad exhaust. The driver-side pipes are dummy tips that do not connect to anything.

Forgot the Spoon: Spoon Sports N1 Axle-Back Exhaust - Honda Fit | KamiSpeed.com

But it almost looks exactly like the HKS, same piping and tip specs but different steel used. Not sure if it's worth the extra $150 more than the HKS. Bought my HKS at $304, and Kamispeed is now listed at $310. Glad I bought it when I did! Going to use that $6 for some take out!

HKS Cool style: http://www.kamispeed.com/HKS-Cool-St...2024-ah002.htm
Not much louder than stock and I'd imagine pretty heavy since it almost looks exactly like the stock exhaust with the piping for the center exit...

No clue, but I imagine they'd be similar considering the specs are so close

Ok. Decided to go with spoon. Anymore thoughts. Once I install it. I'll post a note video.
