Any feedback on the Gk5 Weapon R cold air Intake kit?

There's a listing on Ebay and its fairly priced. It attaches to the throttle body and loops back around like a short ram but there's tubing including to turn it cold air. I can't find much info about it and only seen one youtuve video that shown it. I'm new to this forum and come from the hondafit subreddit. Any ideas?

My Feedback On Cold Air Intakes.

Not worth it. Cold Air Intakes look pretty. May even sound great. For the price and no horsepower advantage they're not worth buying. Better off replacing the stock air filter with a K&N. That's what I did.

Cold Air Intake story;

My cousin bought a cold air intake for his Chevy Cobalt recently. PITA to install. Now his car has lousy idling. And driving the car it stutters and sounds like its about to stall out. I told him just to replace the stock air filter with a K&N. It would have been alot cheaper than getting the cold air Intake and the car would run better. Did he listen to me? Nope. But after installing the air Intake he says he should have listened to me.

considering that CAI's for fits would take mostly hot air from the radiator....i kept the OEM air box ...covered the sound dampening holes inside it, got a drop in K&N filter and was lucky to get a hold of a sumole air cooler and removed the shinny part of the grill to help on radiator cooling and intake air cooling and flow... since the OEM ram air sits blocked behind the grill....did another couple of mods to the intake to fit a larger CR-V TB (yes i know there's still a blockage from the EGR thing protruding after the TB but that's the only thing i have left to modify)

all of my mods are on my IG account... @kaku_gk5

I have this installed. IDK that I'd say it's worth the money. It does make nice noises, so if that's what your after, do it. If you're after power, probably not worth it.
