Has anyone painted their stock GE8 wheels?
#21
Hey guys, I've asked before, but I really want to get my stock rims painted. Any suggestions on how they should be painted (type of paint and method)? I want the finish to last, so whats the best way? Thanks

you could just spray without plastidip, but u cant return to normal and if u get scrapes/chips its harder to touch up.
most money: powdercoat although they will sandblast stock finish off so you get a really nice crisp repaint and it will last longer and is more durable than the rest. powdercoating is prob gonna be about 100-150 per wheel depending on media blasting or not.

Remember, you have to remove the tires and valve stem. That costs money. The best would be to do all this WHEN you need new tires.

Powder Coated. Much tougher and longer lasting.
