What kind of noise, what does it sound like?

Check to make sure the spring is seated on the perch properly, there is an indent where the coil should lay in that will keep it from turning with the strut. You can also check to make sure the rubber pieces are under the spring, it helps isolate noise and you will get some noise if the spring is metal to metal with the strut perch.

If both of those are good make sure you tightened everything down well, maybe loosen and re-tighten everything on that side. Also make sure the sway bars are tight.

Those are the most common causes of noise, but since you say the noise happens with the car fully loaded on bumps only i'm not too sure if that's the problem, but it's a place to start anyway.

Its sounds like there's something loose in there.
Its not very sharp noise. Sounds like "dhug" and its over.
I ensured the rubber sleeves were there while installing, they should not come off easily i guess.
Still i need to get it checked asap.
Thanx for help.

Have you seen pictures of my fit?
Plz check ge8 lowered thread. It should be there on the last page.
The front has more gap compared to rears IMO.
Should it be like this?

Also i forgot to tell u that i installed usdm version of tein stech on my jdm spec fit.
Could it be the reason for my problem?
TIA

Just double check everything, that's all. Usually the first thing to do, just get under there and shake stuff around and look for any obvious places the noise can be coming from.

Mine looked a little like that when I first installed the springs as well, but it settled down after a while and I ended up with almost perfect two finger gap from tire to fender with 195/60/15. I am not sure if the JDM Fit stock struts/shocks are identical to the USDM Fit, I seem to remember the only difference being the sway bar mounting points or something like that, but maybe i'm wrong and someone who knows can help with that.

Give it a little time it should even out. I saw your Fit in the other thread, looks good keep it up

thanks for the compliments..
i went to the person who installed my springs..
we went for a test drive with total 4 people in the car.
he said that the shocks were bottoming out. (bumpstop noise) without even opening my car.

i think i need to go to another person for a checkup.

anyways thanks

Yeah unless everyone in the car is a sumo wrestler I highly doubt that. I regularly haul heavy weight in the rear or 4 people in the car and I never have issues with bottoming. I think you are right in finding another shop.

I did see a post where somebody had installed tein s tech for GE on their GK. So i guess GE GK share the same Springs. Don't know about the shocks though.
