I am guessing that you probably already got your new coil overs. but for others i know that t1r just came out with a new coilovers for the ge8 and gd3 that look really good. to lower the car you are no sacrificing shock travel bc it lowers the coil over by bringing the whole shock into the bottom case where it connects to the car. and then the spring can be adjusted too. so the ride height is adjusted on its own away from the coil itself no sacrificing ride of the car. but there is also a dial on the top of the coil over that can adjust the ride itself. they are about 1500 can.

i have really thought about getting these. they just came out. but if you want you car really lower or just dropped a few inches the ride wont change, the ride quaility will change according to what setting you put on the dial on top of the shock.

here is the link too the ge8
Type One Racing :: Suspension & Brakes :: Fit (GE8) :: T1R B52 Damper Kit - Honda Fit 09+ (GE8)
and here is the one for the gd3 for those with the gd3
Type One Racing :: Suspension & Brakes :: Fit/Jazz (GD3/4) :: T1R B52 Damper - Honda Fit 07-up GD3

i hope that everything makes sence on how they work for adjustment.
