Anybody have experience with H&R Sport springs for honda fit GE8. and thoughts on them? they seem very nice.

^ I had them. Too bouncy for me. Doing Swifts with this one which have a LOT more popularity for ride quality.

^ I don't want too low; so drop wise, how low do swift's go? Much bouncier than stock?

Swifts are actually less of a drop than the H&R and far less bouncy

if you not getting coilovers, Swift is a no brainer...
