I had s techs and loved them. Actually had them on two cars and nothing really negative to say... Good ride and stable.. wish they wouldhave been a bit stiffer but overall Damn good drop and a nice ride... As for the ground control.. try it out... Before they were kinda ghetto but with there new partnership I would try it out

its a very stiff ride when compared to stock
not super aggressive low like how i thought it might be but ive grown to like it
people in the back seat will die on bumps ahha
sounds like explosions or something
other than that, ride is a lot more stable, better breaking can be felt, hard turns can be taken, overall super happy first springs

I have a 2011 Fit Base lowered with T1R S-Coil Springs(The S-Coil springs offer a drop of 35mm-40mm front and rear with the spring rates of F.2.9kg/mm R.2.5kg/mm).
What offset would I need so I do not rub? I am thinking I need 15x7 +45 form reading the other forums. I do not want to mess with fenders.
Thank you for any help

Tein S-Tech, stock everything else, shitty cell phone pic.
The ride is almost stock, idk what all the "way stiffer than stock" talk is about. My wife didn't even notice any difference (I didn't tell her and just wanted to see if she would). If it's really that bad your shocks are probably going out.
I feel the car handled better stock than with the S-Techs but at least it looks better. Daily driver so don't really care.

also, my dad sat in the car, i ddint tell him i had the suspension either, and as soon as i exit the drive way, he was like.. you changed your suspension didnt you?

The freeways I drive on day to day (405, 55, 22, 710) are much better maintained so I can see where the difference in the comparison would come from.

honestly it depends on how flush you want to sit, how low you are going to drop your suspension, the tire size and much more its hard to tell you if you will rub just based on a rim you want to use
and yes 10 free way is deadly, its like a roller coaster of cracks and dips so when i drive on there and feel every bump, the suspension seems very stiff, other than that i daily drive my car so local feels great

some people mistake "super stiff" for smacking the bumpstops when on lowering springs and stock shocks, as the rebound is sometimes violent cuz the stock shock has very little travel when lowered.

Super stuff is how my g35 coupe was. There was no bounce with that thing. you hit a bump it went bump! Done. No bouncing or anything. Hit a dip in the rode it sucked down into the dip, nose picked up coming out of it. Done. No bounce. That's what I want again. But think I'm going to have to have coils to get it.
