GE8 Lowered Thread - Post your pics!!!

Here's mine - Tanabe DF210 springs:
The drop is perfectly even, the back in not lower than the front, contrary to popular belief. From the factory, the car has a rake from back to front, kinda like a Mustang... that's why there's a lower drop in the Tanabe rear springs, as compared to the front springs, to even the stance out. I have a tight 2 finger gap both front and rear. I don't like springs with an aggressive rake, or a droopy a$$, and these springs seem to fit (haha) my tastes perfectly.

That's kind of a loaded question! I think they're stiffer than stock - honestly I put the springs in last November, so I've been on the Tanabe springs longer than I was on the stock springs. With any lowering spring you're going to get a harsher ride, no matter what anyone says. But to what degree is the real question. This is a small, light car, so that factors in as well.
I've been on some horribly matched spring / strut combos, and I don't think this (Tanabe DF w/stock struts) is one of those. The ride is stiffer than stock, but not too stiff, or jarring, and the handling is great.
Hope this helps somewhat.

I agree...and I too think its perfect imo.
I took a 3' level and laid it on my side skirt. Perfectly level bubble with the DF's. My CL-S had the NF's and the front was always lower than the back..I hated it.
I take my tsx (Stock) driving and it feels like a bulky tank compared to the handling with the fit and the df's. The fit out handles it so badly.

Those rims are not made by Rays Engineering and there is no such rim in the lineup of Rays. Don't try to pass off your rims for what they are not. Just state what they really, you don't have to try too hard.
Thanks.

It helps to educate yourself before purchasing items. You got ripped off for your rims them by that salesman unfortunately. Those are only replica rims I feel sorry for you. Just charge to it experience and do better next time by researching before buying.
A little food for thought. Bnew 17" TE37s in the Philippines will set you back over 150,000 Php. 48,000 Php is not even enough for bnew 15" TE37s in the Philippines.
But hey, look at the bright side, atleast the Lugnuts are not fake!
