Ride is not too bad. My girlfriend has not complained and says it feels similar to stock (unless I drive really fast over really bumpy roads, and this is her in the back seat). I definitely feel more imperfections in the road, but even when I was on stock springs I still felt harsh road conditions and avoided them as much as possible. Today I was in my friend's stock 09 GE and it felt similar to my current set up. IMHO I like them, I like the drop and it feels more grounded/planted (looks like it should, and drives more like a car not a boat :P). It is not bouncy if that's what you're worried about. It really depends on your personal preference. I hope this helps
Gonna take it to the track tomorrow, will let you know how it feels
P.S. I also have a progress RSB and stock shocks and struts.

might as well add my setup for people to reference:
Tanabe df210's on 16x7 ssr type-f's (+42) front & (+37) rear after 5mm spacer & 185-50-16 tires (all around)
i regularly have 4 people in my car for long trips and i never end up scraping. Great daily driver friendly option for those of you who are not looking to slam your car but want to improve on the fit's handling and appearance.

Nice comparison between stock vs. lowered on Buddy Club Coilovers:
Close up of what happens when you cut down the rim protector on Falken ZE512's:
Got stuck in some muddy grass while I was rocking the stocks recently:
And most recent pics of how it sits today:
