Hi guys,

Taking a few parts off my '09 Fit to prep for stock condition sale. I don't want to dick around with removing the T1R short shift lever and you don't want to dick around with installing it so how about we just swap assembled shifter bases?

My Fit is not a DD so I can remove my shifter base and ship to you while waiting for yours to come back to me (i.e. no downtime on your end). Guess I'll include stock lever too in case you need to go back to stock in the future.

So make me a reasonable offer. T1R is $80 new. I'll cover shipping to you bc you're going to cover return shipping to me.

do you know of a DIY for the installation of T1R Short Shifter?

 

Don't know if there's a DIY, but as I recall (4+ yr memory) it was:
1. Remove shift knob (unscrews)
2. Remove floor console (fasteners obvious)
3. Release 2 shifter cables (rotate fastener, remove end)
4. Remove 4 fasteners holding base to car
5. (if you buy from me) installation reverse of removal
