WTB OEM springs for 2011-2012 Fit Sport

I'm looking to replace my Swift springs with the OEM springs since I got 205/50/17 tires now and it's rubbing with the Swifts. I'd like to spend no more then $50 total with them shipped to 75054. Thanks.

Ride comfort. The Fit is my d/d and I was getting tired of of the harsh ride. Also, most 205/45/17 tires are performance tires and don't have long tread wear. I bought those tires last year in March and by December they needed to be replaced.

BTW, those old tires were the Kumho Ecsta. They look nice but I hated them after 6 months. They were the loudest tires I've had.

Continental DWS in 205/45/17 have a tread wear rating of 540. BTW your speedo is gonna be off by 4.4%.

I wanted to try out the Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus and they don't come in the 205/45/17 size. These are supposed to be really quiet and after driving on them for 2 days, I have to agree. Feel like I'm driving a Lexus now. LOL... ok, not quite but it is 10 X quiter then then Kumhos

Talked to guy at the tire store and he said I can exchange the tires out for the Continental DWS 205/45/17. After reading all of your comments, this probably the better way to go. Thanks for your inputs!

Yeah that's probably the better way to go. The stock springs would have been taller but the spring rate is lower so its no guarantee that it wouldn't rub. The DWS's are nice (ran them on my prelude) and they only weigh 20lb which is important when you only have 117hp.

Hello, im thinking to go on 17". My fit is as factory no mods, and its a d/d car like you, im thinking about confort ride. I will adapt the Acura ILX 2013 rims Does the 205/50/17 fit on the fit?
Please help me with that. I know can use 205/45/17 but i prefer the 205/50/17.

So, do you need the springs then, or no? I'm confused, but either way I have a whole stock set up I'm trying to get rid of and would happily sell the springs for 50 bucks.

I can sacrifice that for good looking. So is possible to use the 205/50/17 or have to use 205/45/17?
