Your black and white theme is very nice! Those rims of yours are perfect! How much do they weight?

Here is my latest mod, finally got a chance to snap photos and make a review about it.

Pioneer 60000-NEX with Apple Carplay upgradeability

AVIC-6000NEX - NEW! - In-Dash Navigation AV Receiver with 6.1” WVGA Touchscreen Display | Pioneer Electronics USA

The unit has the capability to be upgraded to Apple's Carplay once it becomes available (most likely later in the year) but has a full Apple Ipod integration and can play music as well through your Bluetooth connection.

What I ended up purchasing consisted of the following:

Pioneer 6000-NEX head unit
Metra Double-Din Kit
Metra 70-1729 wiring harness
Metra 40 HD-10 Honda specific Antenna adaptor

Final installed pics with the home screen options

Navigation screen

AV options menu, as you can see there are a ton of inputs you can add

Full phone integration including Siri hands-free

Dial screen with the phone integration

The real reason why I wanted this unit, is the fact that it provides real-time traffic updates and reroutes

It also has HD radio already installed in the unit without having to buy any adaptor

Bluetooth audio allows you to stream your audio files but I am now just using a dedicated Ipod for everything since I have noticed it is a better quality audio

Full Ipod integration including playlists, artist and album info

This is where I ended up mounting the bluetooth wired mic, I will end up replacing this install for one that is more flush

I ended up removing the OEM USB mount and instead snaked the Pioneer USB through that location. I also ended up mounting the Navigation Antenna so that it could be a cleaner overall install.

It would be too expensive for me to ship it to you given what I would charge for it.

If you want one you can contact my friends shop

Thanks for the compliment, I personally like black accents where others like the carbon look more but to each their own.

My SSR's are extremely light, maybe 11lbs. They are a one-piece forged wheel and you can definitely tell the difference in weight over the OEM wheels

Wish I could say the same about fitment lol! My right side doesn't clip on very well so now it makes noise when I'm driving. I'm really considering getting oem.

Lookin' real good!

The surround on the radio fits really well, no gaps at all. I also haven't noticed anything rattling or rubbing.

I may have found a flush mount for my bluetooth mic, will hopefully have something to share soon!

You dudes have me conflicted.

Sometimes it fits like OEM, other times it fits like an Extreme Dimensions BN-style body kit.

Yea, sorry apparently it's like a hit or miss with the Metra's and I sort of missed. It's not that bad but I'm almost at full stiff on coilovers and with the way the metra kit fits, it rattles on the dashboard on bumpy roads.

I had the metra kit before and the clips above the vents kept popping up. Installed oem and have no issues.

Looking good brother! I wish I would have used the Metra, would have saved me some $$$ since I have the carbon fiber piece over it anyway. Oh well.

HAHA very funny
Though I guess I can't argue with that, it was my first time replacing a head unit

Update for today, I bought a new Ipod Nano since my current ipod is so old and I can't do a software update it is not working well with this new head unit.

Only issue is that it restarts my song list from the very first song on the Ipod instead of starting from where I last left off. I will just leave this Ipod in my Z instead of moving it back and forth when I drive either car.

I don't know how that could happen, you must have incorrectly installed the clips. The surround is so secure I didn't even need to install the screw that came with stock kit.

Who knows, maybe you and Zuriel got a defective set, I bought this brand new from Crutchfield and it seems to working fine for me.

My old Ipod was not working well with my new head unit so I picked up a new 16GB Ipod Nano
