Car is sick! I love my buddy club n+. "It's JUST a base" ???? Bases are cool because EVERYONE has the sport! And when I see a windshield banner like that it's usually pretty safe to assume that person has some personal connection to the company or they're a sponsor, so it's all good! I do hate when people put big HONDA banners on their windshields tho...unless they are sponsored or something, it's kind of overkill and looks tacky. IMO of course! Blah blah blah, love the ride Epik!

I don't fallow this "its just a base" thinking. The Sport is not better in some way just because its a Sport, it the same engine, chassis, suspension and so on. The only real difference between the base and Sport is all superficial.

I don't know, I think the "ground effects" and "spoiler" the sport come w/ create down force equal to at least the car's own weight

I love the base model, done right (like Epik's) they are really on point. Someone else on here a while back had a Milano Red base that was very nice. On mugen wheels maybe?????

I'm pretty sure the only difference that really matters to the enthusiast who is going to mod the shit out of their car anyway is that the Sport comes with a little extra re-enforcement in the rear, but an upgraded rear sway bar would negate that instantly. I wish I could've gotten a base, I'm betting it's lighter too. MT's were so hard to find after the quake

17x7 +38 is what I'm going for.... What kind of fender work did you do? What size tires are you wrapped in? And are you running spacers at all. Lol sorry for all the questions.
thanks

My guess is no fender work. They look pretty stock.

Thank you for all the kind words everyone!

@LittleFit: No fender work at all and no spacers. I'm running 195/40 r17 Falken ZE912's. I had to cut a little bit of the fender lining though. I only rub when I make sharp turns.

I got a really good deal on the base model. Plus, I figured it'll be cheaper to buy the parts and convert the base model versus buying the whole sport package and paying it off with interest. In addition, I really didn't need some of the things the sport one offered.

The Wife and I did the same thing we got both of our base models for a good price (mines was better), and we were going to upgrade to the sport front end and side skirts, but we really like the base front end and don't think we are going to swap it now.

Epik_fit your car looks great awesome job!

Thumbs up

Nice job with the conversion man, I'm liking everything except that windshield sticker. I know you're reppin' your crew but something smaller like the one on your back window would have been less distracting on a well done car. Keep it up!

Amazing job, looks great! Definitely gives me some inspiration as a base owner myself.

Do you happen to have a complete list of parts needed for doing the sport bumper conversion with the fogs + electrical?
