Photoshop Request

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone with some decent photoshop skills could help me out. I have decided to get some wheels and narrowed it down to 2, TR Motorsports C1 or Rota Slipstreams. TRM's only come in one color however I'd like to see the Slips in Gold and also Black. Could someone just chop the wheels onto a SSM GE8, a lowered one if possible?

Thanks!

you can go to the tire racks website and view the TRM wheels on a Fit.

Yeah, I saw that however the color for the car is off and so is the wheel color. Gives a rough idea but would like to see something else as well before I decide.

True, also I was looking and they also offer a 16x6.5 +44 for the Integra. It weighs in at 14.4lbs and has the same hub bore. I don't see why it wouldn't work. I will be lowered on T1R S-Coils in a couple of days and I am already running 205/50r16 Falken 912's. If I ran the 6.5's vs the 7's I am pretty sure that I won't rub at all. Perhaps I'll call TR tomorrow and ask some questions. On a side note though, I really would like to see a photoshop of the C1's on a SSM...........

Thanks, Evan

my opinion on wheel sizes for the GE, 17's are the perfect size.

I would tend to disagree simply because I don't want to add even more mass to a low HP car such as the fit. True, it looks amazing though.

well i pretty sure if you get wheels like WORK/Volk/RAYS/etc. in a big wheel size like 17s they wont weigh as much as other 17s. The fit is already slow, big wheels lookin nice, might as well.

Yes, forged wheels from any of those manufacturers would be lighter than either cast or low end wheels from other makers but it would still be adding weight over a comparable 15 or 16 inch wheel. Wheel mass affects other things besides the ability to accelerate, namely:

Lightweight wheels means less un-sprung weight, which provides…
  • More responsive steering
  • Improved vehicle balance
  • Better turn-in and directional control
  • Better damping/ traction
  • Better handling
  • Better ride quality
  • Even better mpg
Yes, 17's are more aesthetically pleasing than smaller diameter wheels. A smaller diameter wheel is what I want because I am a Function > Form type of guy and every little bit helps IMO.
