2010 Mugen Fit Sport (SSM/MT)
Just picked up my Fit on 05.27.10. Posting stock pictures, same as everyone elses for now.. Tinted the car today, and like everyone else here, I got big plans for this bad boy.. Ordered the complete Mugen set from Honda (which is pretty awesome to have DOWNSTAIRS from the building I live in..)
I see a lot of people from Hawaii in this forum, so they'll probably know where I'm talking about..
In addition to the Mugen kit and armrest, I've got a Viper Alarm (w/Smart Start) and a Kenwood Excelon DNX9960 scheduled for installation in a couple weeks.
From there, we'll see how much pennies I have left in my pocket and I'll post more mods as they happen.. For now, here's the stock pix (more for my personal journaling..)

But this is what the retail breakdown is, I think my friend is hooking it up, so I'll let you know what I paid when it comes in..
Mugen Front Under Spoiler $568
Mugen Side Spoiler $770
Mugen Rear Under Spoiler $548

Got a bunch of random honda accessories on order, and some other little jdm trinkets.. Next purchase will either be jdm headlights/tailights/mirrors, or rims.. thinking about going with some Work Equip 03 knockoffs.. Only reason why I'm probably gonna chump out with generic rims is that (as far as I know) Drag DR20 is the only ones that come in 16's..
If anyone knows where I can find authentic Work's in 16's, lemme know!!

i was going to say dont waste your money on springs, just go with coilovers even if you have to wait a bit, trust me! springs dont drop this car low enough to look great on a mugen.
dont you think the mugen kit looks way better in person than print?
what else are you gonna do??

Yah for some reason it looks like it flares a lot in the pictures, and I was concerned after I ordered it.. But after seeing it on the car, and in person like vtecfit1 said, it looks waaay better.. I'm happy with it.. Although I would like the mugen front even more, but I've heard there's a lot of modification involved with getting it to bolt up..
As far as future plans.. I dunno, I've made a shopping list of the cosmetics.. Haven't really thought about motor yet..

Ok finally finished installing everything.. I probably wouldn't do that again by myself, but it was pretty satisfying knowing it was just me
The rear bumper was the most work, cause I had to cut a big hole out from the bumper to get the rear lip to fit as you can see in the second picture. Good thing I had a dremel with a wheel I could cut with.
Other than that, it just took a while doing it myself. The instructions did come in handy.
I'm getting the car sealed with this xzilon coating and wanted to get the kit on before then.. When I get it back, I'll take better pictures out in the sunlight on the street somewhere.. It's kinda cramped and dark in my parking structure..
