GSR Blades on 2009 GE8

I've got the GD3 mugen suspension package, so my fit sits 20mm lower all the way around.

The tires on these are 195/50r15 so there's not much sidewall, and a little flaring to the tires. Enjoy:

Yeah, I feel you. Roads in Miami suck, so I guess it is a give and take. They look nice though.

If I put some 195/55 tires on 'em they'll look a lot better. It'll also ride a lot better.

Oh well, these tires have probably 10k miles left in them. Next winter maybe.

What is the difference? I am still kind of new when it comes to wheels and stuff. :3

More sidewall, and larger rolling diameter.

Wow nice! When I read the title of the thread I didn't think they would look so good. Those look great on a GE!

195/60/15 is almost the exact rolling diameter of the stock tires but 195/55s will look better. Those 195/50s look pretty good.

I'm happy with my suspension setup, it performs on and off the track. No need to be lower and scrape crap going over the speed bumps around here that are built for lifted pickup trucks.

haha I hate speedbumps. I just avoid them altogether.

Blades look good, but you're not that low at all. Looks about the same as stock GD3 height. Maybe a tad lower, but I think you still have plenty of room, if you wanted, to go lower before you start putting your oil pan at risk.

Yeah, I've got one coke-can of clearance everywhere. I'm not super low, but it work s fine, and I'd like to make sure the car continues to work fine.

Besides, if I want to get low to the ground and scrape, I'll just drag my knees.

You know, those do look good. Someone has a polished set for sale in my area. I wonder if they'd look as good on the GD...

Hey, not bad at all. They flatter your deep-blue GE well.

In the spring when I get some different all-season tires, I'm going to use the hidden stick-on weights. In the summer I'm going to refinish/restore them. They've got a couple lip scrapes from curbs and tire irons. Luckily you can't see them more than about 5 feet away. The scrapes should buff right out.

My only complaint about the blades is that they're a bit on the heavy side. Other than that, they look great. They're not so heavy that they make the car feel really slow, just another two people in the car.

GSR blades are my favorite OEM Integra rims ever made. I had a set on my integra.

Also, i couldn't tell from the pics, but if i were you i would have wheel locks installed because the swirlys are the most stolen of all the integra rims. I almost had mine stolen from me if it weren't for the wheel locks. Thieves took 1 regular lug nut before they realized i had wheel locks on them.
