How many quarts of oil to get to the FULL mark ?
#2
You know, you can find out this information easily in the owner's manual. For 2012, it says that the oil needed is 3.6 US quarts if you don't change the filter and 3.8 US quarts if you do. You have 3.625 quarts; you'll be about 5 ounces short of the full mark if you change the filter, which is a perfectly acceptable oil level.

Many cars dipsticks do not read accurately. That can be a function of parts tolerances or oil change conditions. (Do you do maintenance on ramps or a sloped driveway?)
I've always noted the amount of oil needed to bring the level up to my "comfort zone" the first time I do an oil change. (midway between the ADD and FILL marks) Then I write that amount on the hood sticker for future reference.
