50k+ Maintenance for the ADD

There are currently just under 53,000 miles on my 09 A/T Fit. What maintenance items should I be paying attention to going forward? I'll give a run down of my current items and schedule and hopefully someone can point me in the right direction for upcoming items and other things I should already be doing but am not already. I am too ADD to pay attention to maintenance minder and try to do maintenance on my own schedule.

Current maintenance:

Engine oil - Every 7,500 miles: Change with 5w-20 Royal Purple Synthetic and a Wix or Mobil1 filter. Oddly, if I followed the MM schedule and changed at 15%, I'd be changing every 10,000 miles - a lot of open highway driving causes this I guess?

Air filter - Every 20,000 miles: Have had stock paper, PRM, and K&N drop-in. Currently have K&N drop in filter and clean and oil every 20k.

Transmission oil - Every 30,000 miles: Changed for the first time at 52.5K and plan to change every 30k. Will do a 3 qt drain from the drain plug TWICE with some short driving in between to mix the fluid and get most of the old stuff out. Original fluid was DIRTY but metal shavings on magnetic drain plug looked par for the course. Contemplating adding a small trans cooler to help our fragile honda a/t's.

Coolant - Every 50,000 miles: Will drain and fill shortly before the 750 mile drive back to TX at the end of July. Completed by draining from radiator and filling with driving to mix. Draining and fill again to get most of the old stuff gone.

Brake Fluid - Every.... : Will drain and fill mine at just under 53,000 miles. Again, mostly highway miles. I would imagine most would need it changed sooner.

Brake Pads - As needed

Ebrake Adjustment - Every...

Spark Plugs - Every 100,000 miles: Put cold plugs in around 20,000. Not entirely sure of the schedule on this, but 100,000 should be about right... right?

Coil Packs - Not entirely sure on this...

Valve adjustment - Have read mixed reviews on adjusted valves. I am leaning towards every 100,000 and just accepting that our little engines are naturally loud.

Tire Rotation and Alignment - As needed

A/C Refrigerant - Every...

Anything else missing - What else? I know I probably need to check belts at a certain interval as well as suspension components and can do research on my own, but appreciate input in these areas as well.

This thread has the potential to be a good all in one place maintenance schedule, which would be nice to have for us DIYers.

Brakes and brake fluid plus e-brake adjustment off the top of my head are missing from this list.

Also the a/c refrigerant probably needs a flush at some point as well.

Good additions. Can't believe I left of pads and brake fluid. I actually have a set of pads about to go on later this month.

Since when does A/C refrigerant need to be flushed????

I did brake & clutch fluid & valve adjustment, at 55K miles.

Serpentine belt replacement at 100K miles or when it starts to squeal.

USA cars: drum brake adjustment/lubrication at 25K miles then every 3 years after that (I've done mine twice) (E-brake works fine)

Blue Honda Type II coolant is fine for the recommended 5 years or 100K miles. That stuff is GREAT.

So you're saying it never needs to be changed? I'm sure it would have to be at some point with long term ownership (10+ years).
