DIY: Floor mat clips for passenger side floor mat
-Like myself, I'm sure you all are tired of the passenger side floor mat always sliding up. This is a way I fixed that problem.

Tools needed:
-box cutter
-13mm pipe
-blow torch
yes that's all lol
Parts needed:
-Floor mat anchors, if you order from the site I used, I would suggest buying something else as well because shipping was crazy high for just 2 little clips, but my buddy wanted an Accord horn for Si so we split the shipping. This is the cheapest site I found for them.
Honda Automotive Parts
-The part that the clip twists into (sorry I have no clue what they are called ) But I resurrected them from my old carpet mats from my old fit. For easiness I'm gonna refer to them as the 'plastic circle'...hehe
alright!
here's where that pipe comes to play (no pics, hands were full, sorry!)
take the pipe and heat the end up with a blow torch! The thing about doing it this way it is one clean cut and the melted plastic seals the hole. but you have one chance at doing it. You could use scissors if you wanted but I wouldn't recommend doing it that way
also pluck off the little rubber poky things off around it so the backing sits flush
repeat for the left side
then simply slide the 'plastic circles' in and clip the backing on
TIP: put the backing on the opposite way, I found that it is more secure this way
next you will need to take the clips and install them in the carpet like you would the drivers side.

throw the mat on and twist clips to secure (duh lol)
after that you're done!
