I cranked the engine up and backed out of the barn... It is the only way that I can get my dog to come up to the house when there are bitches in heat within a few miles, he loves to ride in the car more than chasing bitches..... There are more coyotes around here than domestic dogs and I sure don't want him hanging out with wild bitches like that.

So you drive him to the bitches and supervise?

Hey Adele's springs. So you did not cut the bump stops. I was reading thread and some say yes and some say no. I will not be driving with any big loads or on any real bumpy roads so I figure I should be OK. If the Swifts arrive by Mon I will be getting them on on Tues.

Finished out the 35% rear half tint job with a 5% tint on the top 7in of windshield. By-by sun squint... put new NYS plates on and washed 'er to a shine.

Edit: Installed Strebel Nautilus Compact horn and XM radio and front OEM door visors - I'm set for now.

I say call or email Swift and see what they recommend. While it may ride fine with the bumpstops intact, I think it is best to see what they had in mind when they tuned the car since those stops are effectively a part of your spring rate. I would probably trim them a little bit, because I've seen most people over the years (on various cars) get the best results out of their lowering springs by doing so.

Put in the rear cargo shelf that I bought from Bernardi. Installation was pretty easy. Now nosy people can't see the stuff I might be keeping back there.

Not exactly today but in the last few days since purchasing it... Had 20% tint installed, I installed oem floor mats and oem Door visors along with a full detail that took 8hrs to remove all of the paint damage the stupid dealership inflicted.

Mz A called to check whether to do anything in the way of shortening the bump stops and they said to leave them alone.... I read a DIY on a GD3 Swift Mach installation where they were trimmed so I did the same on my GD3.....That damned dog is gone again, hope he's having fun.

Got 30% tint put on all round, then took it back to the dealer to get the scratch fixed that they were supposed to fix the day we bought it. Lookin' good now!
