That’s annoying that the rim off set is different, I finally got to order my new fit last week as we have been delayed here in New Zealand due to the large demand in the U.S, which has delayed the release over here due to manufacturing not being able to keep up, this is my 3rd Fit/Jazz, currently have a sport a/t which I’ve had for 2 1/2 years and was hoping to be able to swap the rims as I have a nice set of 17x7 chrome stalkers on the jazz I’m trading in and was going to put the factory ones that come on the mugen New Zealand release straight swap on to the older car, but looks like that ant goin to happen now, so I’m going to have to track down some new rims. shouldn’t be too bad if I get a good trade in on new rims an tyres straight off the car, as the wheel place I deal with is less than a mile from Honda
So the new tyre hair wouldn’t have worn off by the time I get there.

Your 17x7's should fit the new Fit as well as the 'old' Fit.
The choice tire is a 205/40x17. Works very well with 42 mm and up offset wheels.

With a low profile tire yes.... 17's fill out the wheel well better on the GE8 than they did on the GD3...but it's up to you and what you prefer

Anyone know who makes high offset 16 or 17" wheels like ET50?
I want to keep the front wheel ET as close to stock as possible.

WORK and SSR make wheels in that range... WORK does custom offsets also.

I would say it's pretty flush but I think another 3mm would be perfect.
