Air filter box clips

Can anyone tell me if I'm missing something here? The rear airbox clips seem as if they're missing a part...

Looking at an online vendor, it appears that this part is missing, but I'm not confident that something hasn't broken off of the box, particularly on the passenger side as it looks different from the driver's side.

They may still be laying on top of the skid plate / shield thing under the engine. Just bang on it and listen for anything bouncing around.

Good idea, though I've had that piece off of the car, so nothing there. No telling how long the parts have been missing - or who the previous owner had change the air filter before we bought the car. I just want to make sure that if I buy the replacement clip pieces they will latch onto the airbox properly.

Someone also posted this 3D printing file. No printer here, so I'm better off buying the $4 Honda OE part from eBay

Those plastic clips aren't well connected to the wire portion of the overall system. They easily come off if you mess up just a little bit the first time you encounter them / change the air filter. I dropped one down onto the engine tray thing. Parked the car nose-up the driveway and banged on the tray until the clip "danced" out and onto the ground.

They must be flimsy, if it just snap on to the wire and then levers over the groove in the airbox. Maybe I should have ordered extras... Shipping was about half the total cost of purchase of the two plastic parts.

Obviously, this is an old post, so I hope you already replaced them.

But it looks like they sell them on Amazon. I think I have to order a couple myself.

Of course, they're 3rd party, so maybe they're 3D printing them! But, given they're so easy to lose. Oh well.

I may run to Honda and see if they have any. If not, I'll order these or something similar.

Thanks!

I replaced them with Honda part. Car is gone now, sadly, due to collision last year. Was out looking at another one for sale a couple of weeks ago, and coincidentally noticed that all airbox clip plastic fittings were missing. Several other things were wrong with the car, so we're still on the hunt. Still have the GK5 of course.
