How to change the AC condenser radiator?

I hope you can help. I hit a small deer (muntjac) and it crushed into the lower grill and into the AC condenser flattening the radiator and most of its fins.
I have got a new AC condenser. Can anyone point me to a 'how to'? I assume I need to take the bumper off completely. I will be at a garage that will connect the to the system and reclaim the refrigerant, and will test and recharge it when I'm finished removing and fitting the condenser.

You seem to have loaded a school photo from 1964. Oops!

Its pretty straight forward once the bumper is off, take the center support off the core support, couple bolts hold it in it rests in a couple rubber cups at the bottom. Its 20 minutes after the bumper is off. If the condenser is hurt the odds are the lower core support is too, its thin sheet metal, little hammer action and your good most likely.

excellent information! very much appreciated. I will probably got to the friends garage next week. I'll also spend some time 'fixing' the damage to that AC grill that the deer damaged. (I have the deer incident on video, I was using the iphone as a black box recorder).

Done it! it was relatively easy. The hardest bit to do it as a DIY job is to recover the refrigerant and recharging it. You could go to a garage, have them recover the fluid. you go home and replace AC components, return to the garage and test and re-gas you AC system. Car nice and chilly now.
Thanks for the PDF data sheet, it was useful and valuable.

You should also replace the receiver/drier when you replace the condenser. You are opening the system to the atmosphere and you want to get any moisture out of the system. Leave the vacuum on for at least an hour to get all moisture out of the system.
