Wheel Bolt Pattern Cross Reference Database and Conversion Guide: HONDA FIT

Your wheels use a 4x100 bolt pattern. Wheels off of any Civic, Integra (1989+), FIT with a 4 lug pattern will work. 14" wheels will be tight around the calipers and some wheels may not fit. I picked up a set of used 15" Integra Mesh alloys for $50 (after trade of a strut tower brace) and put some new tires I got from Discount tire direct on them. total cost was something like $300 +/-
I've not heard of anyone putting ford focus wheels on their Hondas so I have a feeling that they will not work.

Focus wheels will NOT work on the Fit due to different bolt pattern; the tires on the other hand, will be smaller but work.
If you're looking for a wheel opinion from a factory car look at MINI Coopers, Mazda Miatas (MAYBE, not sure what their hub bore size is), Honda Civics, Honda Insights, and Acura Integras as a starting point since they do have 4x100 bolt patterns with their 4 lug models.
