Tires rubbing on inner fender wells

My set up is with 16x8 on stock 185/55/16r stretched and lowered on tein S. tech spring.

The sidewalls on my tires rub off on the inner fender wells when i hit uneven pavement. The fender inner wells right now is slighty damaged and ripped apart on the front. Any suggestion on how to resolve this? Should i do fender roll. I don't want to replace the inner wells knowing the same thing is gon happen. I don't wan change my set up either. What is the best way to solve this?

I run 16x7 with 40 OS and 205/50 tires. I am on Swifts. Yes on bad bumps I rub and my liners have worn but no tears. At worst in 2,3 or 4 years will replace the liners. Rolling fenders will just ruin your resale value.
