Coil pack bad at 55k

Had dealer change coil pack on cyclinder 2 after an check engine light came up. They said labor to do the job was high because of access to back of engine, they had to take apart wiper assembly and remove it, etc. Anyway the final bill would of been about $600 just changing the coil and plug for cyclinder 2. the coil pack was $160. They said while in there might as well change the rest of the plugs so you don't have to take wiper assembly apart at 100K when the plugs should be changed. The plugs were $22 a piece. So around $700 for the total job with 4 new plugs. This car has been my worst Honda I've ever owned. A big disappointment. I have a 2002 Civic EX that has been fantastic. I think Honda has let their quality slip and I'm moving to Toyotas from here on out !!!!! I've never heard of a coil pack going bad at this low mileage.
