I have received this forum for many google issues I have looked up. I wanted to say thank you for all the good advice.
Most of it has given me a shot in the dark and I can get there from where the forums make suggestions.
My wife's fit had a back hatch that was sticking locked shut.
The plastic lock cam had broken off of the plastic solenoid housing. I didn't really know what to do, but I winged it and used a hot piece of round stock metal to plastic weld the lock cam back onto the post that is held by the solenoid. I pulled the entire mechanism and made sure that the mechanism was sound. I lubed up all the points suggested in the forums. Most of the points that were lubed happened to be plastic in the 2010.

I had another issue, the wiper arm bolt wasn't keeping tension on the wiper arm. It had worn the cast metal down and was moving the rotational mount without moving the wiper arm. I put a lock washer under the nut. I tightened the nut down and put the rubber cap over the nut. I imagine that the wiper arm with the proper amount of tension will keep the wiper arm moving.

I appreciated the diagrams and info on the brake pad change out. The pads squeaked to all hell and poof, put the original shims and grease on them and it stopped squeaking right away.
