TYC headlight assembly - NSF vs CAPA vs OEM?
A while back I "attempted" a headlight restoration on my base '09 Fit, and never really got all the scratches out no matter how much I polished them, they are rather noticeable. These are the original headlight assemblies.
I want a new pair, but OEM pricing is ridiculous. Considering aftermarket such as TYC from RockAuto or other outlet. I notice there are several choices, NSF or CAPA cert'd units, CAPA being slightly higher price. Also, will all these fit correctly in my USDM Fit? What reliability/material quality diff. would I find between these and OEM's. Any worries about sealing/hazing etc? Pretty important choice with a chunk of money at stake

i bought a pair of tyc headlights from rockauto. one was certified not sure from which one prolly nsf. the other one didn't say it was certified. the one that is not certified doesn't fit properly when installed back in. noticeable gap between the bumper and the headlight. the certified one fits beautifully.
