Ever wondered what a 140lb case of servers looks like on a Fit?
I use my Fit for work occasionally (I work in IT). I work out of a few sites, so I added a roof rack to make it easier to haul more crap between sites.
We got a huge case of servers in overnight, but it went to the wrong office. Me and a coworker needed to move it between sites. It would have fit in the back, but it was easier to just throw on the roof since I already had a bunch of gear in the back.
The case weighs 140lbs loaded, contains a cluster of small 1u servers, and measures 40x30x25". Here's the case: Pelican 0500 Transport Case
Fit drove fine. Getting it on and off was a hassle.
This little car will do anything.
